I strongly advise you find a different agent if you are reading this. I reached out to their office in regards to an overcharge on my monthly bill. They let me know that the reason my bill was so high is because I had never activated a device that monitors my driving and allows me to have an additional discount. We then realized that the device was sent to the wrong address and it was never received. I proceeded to pay the high bill, but then they wanted to back charge me for Two months for the same issue. I let them know that I did not find that fair Since I never actually received the device and at the time they never confirmed with me the address of where it was going to be sent. When I told the agent that this was a mistake on their end for not confirming, and the responsibility of my end, for also not confirming they refused to work with me for the backpay of two previous months. And when I asked about working with their customers seeing as this was also their mistake, they brought up a past event that had happened four months prior stating that they did βwork with meβ then. What they supposedly worked with me at that time was the fact that they left me on the side of the road For over Six hours, with two small children mind you, due to a towing company they are in contract with that did not bother to show And kept giving me the run around. What they supposedly βworked with meβ was just not charge me the extra $30 for the tow to be taken to a location outside of their milage range. And at that it was not the agents office that worked with me. I had to reach out to the Company directly. This agent does not care about you as a person, they will only care about taking your money.
