Never spoke to this agent when trying to call in because I switched to a different carrier they would hang up. After cancelation of the policy and confirmation of the policy being canceled by them multiple times I keep getting a past due amount. Saving all of our conversations sending the convos to bbb. It shouldn't be this hard to cancel a policy. Never again...

Great people but for some reasons, no tickets, no claims at my house either, they still go up and up and up on the rates. Had to leave.
